The re-certification course includes an 8-hour review of
current topics for previously certified occupational hearing conservationists.
Hands on practice of audiometric testing, hearing protection fitting, and
otoscopic examination are also included for re-certification. This course is
approved for 9.6 nursing CEU contact hours.
Instruction Instruction will be led by Melette L. Meloy, M.S. CCC-A, a CAOHC approved course director and experienced occupational audiologist. Guest lecturers for the CAOHC certification course will include safety professionals, industrial hygienists, and/or occupational health nurses. |
